The guest suite with kitchenette was ideal for our group of 4 adults and a baby. The man at the desk (Viktor) was unflappable while dealing with a difficult guest checking in before me and extremely apologetic that the situation caused a delay in my check-in process.

Property: - From the reviews I was really worried that it would be gross, but the room was clean and felt very nice. - The hottub was broke, same with the water slide. We weren’t trying to use them anyways, but would be nice. Location: - Pretty ghetto area with trash on every block. However, it was very close to a movie theater and mall to kill time a day before a flight! Staff: - Got double charged by the day staff, seemed like he hated his job and didn’t even want to do the basic tasks because you were taking time away from him bullsh***ing with his buddy. - Evening/Night staff were very helpful and helped me fix the charge. Shuttle: - Super convenient! Again though we got the run around by the guy at the desk saying we can only pick every half hour, but the shuttle guy said it was fine to do a 1/4 before. Super annoying to deal with and pointless to even have an issue with it, the shuttle driver was just sitting at the bar waiting anyways. Overall: Room was 8/10, Staff 5/10

It was wonderful. Was nervous about staying here with some of the reviews, but the room was clean and perfect size for the 4 adults and baby we had. The staff was very accommodating, if we asked for something we got it. Pool and hot tub were very nice just wish the pool was a couple feet deeper and that the water slide wasn't permanently closed as we were excited to try it. But other than that our stay was wonderful and I don't think any of us had any real complaints.

We liked the on-site parking for $10/day for the airport (GRR). It was very convenient and a quick trip on the shuttle bus. We called the shuttle bus when we landed and they were waiting for us when we walked out the door. Amil was a great driver getting us back to the car, which was conveniently parked under a light post in the well lit parking lot and there were no concerns for our car for the week that we were gone. Would definitely stay again.

Victor at the front desk is phenomenal!! so attentive, very informative, the pool has a water slide, its pet friendly, and the showers!! fantastic! I’m home and I miss the shower

I like the location. Makes it convenient for shopping and eating out. Everything is close by.

The room by the pool. The staff was friendly and professional. The atmosphere was great and if we had neighbors you didn't hear them. I will be back. 😊😊
